DAYLIGHT STEALING !

OLD MAMA CAUGHT STEALING IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!! What possibly could have led an aged mother to steal? Is it poverty,hunger,economic hardship or just the urge to steal? This and many more questions ran through my mind as I watched in surprise a woman being booed and jeered at Berger Market on Lagos State on Thursday . I couldn't bring my self to share this sad story but had to know knowing that my audience needs to know albeit late. The question is What did she stole? You can't believe it! Wristwatches! Yea you heard me right! Not money,clothes or foodstuffs but watches. So sad!! It took the timely intervention of the Police to save her life as her wrapper had already been stripped off leaving her in her black undies and wrapper top. Edging closer to get more details of the theft proved abortive as the crowd continued gathering to jeer,watch and take pictures! My people what is other cause of all this ? Thank you'
